I finally purchased a large land parcel in the State of Arizona. It is 41 acres in size and in between mountain ranges in the border with Mexico and the State of New Mexico. It is dry land and deserted with few shrubs but still a beautiful place to retire to. I have made preliminary designs for a small home with a single bedroom and a side recreational/living space. An upstairs deck with a beautiful view and drafted plans for the plumbing and electrical system complete with recyclable life systems and included renewable energy stations. I have a grand design for a larger home with several surrounding structures like a horse stable and a multi-car garage. I have made security plans and included designs for an ultra-intelligent vehicle, an emergency garage with a modified truck and security gates and plans for an intelligent energy gathering system in the ramp leading to the underground garage.
I have already ordered over $20,000 dollars worth of equipment for the initial build and designed a proper project map for the initial process, with much attention to detail.
I restored some of the basement in my mother's home which I have inherited and is currently worth almost double its original price. I decided to give it a makeover with the simplest material available while keeping a high standard. Some of the equipment was initially meant to work on wooded areas but it will be just fine in the deserts of Arizona.
Equipment includes an ATV which is still garaged and being re-painted and modified for my personal interests. Computing equipment, computer and electric gear for my software studio which I have decided to save for once I have finished construction and heavy duty devices for working in rough environments and exploring the outdoors. Finally gifted myself a decent telescope which I purchased for around $600 dollars, a computerized microscope, and medical equipment which I inherited from my mother. I plan on building a race track (car) around the perimeter, complete with gardens and various biomes, an enormous conservatory for plants and rare items I might grow complete with a large pond. I also plan on keeping several dogs, a fish farm and a state of the art entertainment system, a music studio and a large work space for electronics and mechanics lab.
