I began work on the company during 2020's quarantine and came up with the naming in a a few hours; to my surprise the domain name was not taken and I purchased it on the spot along with serveal others from GoDaddy. I formally set it up as computer software business in early 2022, after legally funding Typhoon group as a corporation, registered in the United States of America with intentions to set up shop overseas. During my stay in Latin America in 2021-2022 I came up close to their systems, organization and caught up with current events. I and was able to look ahead to their economic, social and technological progress with better eyes, great for new enterprises.
Taking on ideas I wrote and researched during my high school and college years, I founded the small "portable" business under the Typhoon hierarchy. Have released a handful of patents, published several others, designed, released and demomnstrated freeware and donated lecture time from yours truly.
During the 2020-2023 pandemic emergency, I used it as a shell business to provide back-up to civilian and government institutions. To accelerate and grow small businesses, train and educate, and to provide financial and scientific stimulus in a case of need during the critical emergency. In which time I propelled several new businesses worldwide (numbers in Billions of USD), aided with rescuing others and to strengthen others after the economic damages from the Covid pandemic.
I launched the first fundraising campaign online on Kickstarter and similar sites, and researched networks where venture capitalists gather to invest on start-ups. I had to put it on hold in the meantime since the Covid pandemic was still doing rounds until the end of 2022, I also had to relocate out of Virginia, US in May 2023.
As of May 2023 I have purchased the domain names, and designed a healthy enough website and online market. Finished plans for the first app to be released for mobile and desktop, drew a catchy icon, drafted almost all the forms and user interfaces, and tested different versions as much as time has allowed.
And I was able to release parts (or an introduction) to my beloved OS, which I started working on when I was only 12 years old. I named it USS OS (USS-103 OS v0.0.1 Pirat) and I had to bend over (gracefuly) and turn it educational in the meantime, since I was busy with other work and wanted to show friends what I was able to do when I was 10 years old. I decided to draft the official icon after 911, the Covid pandemic, the queen, my mother, friends, Cynthia (who helped me work on it for 20+ years), empower women, encourage children and adults to dream in code, and to the hacker community.
