On 9/28 I got in conatct with the realtors in arizona and asked for the documents necesary to begin the process. I found a 41 acre plot in the southwestern side of the state in a peaceful and isolated section. I decided to pay cash for it in order to get rid of some resposibilities and get a hefty price cut. It is desert land near the border with Mexico and very close to the New Mexico-Arizona border. It's surrounded by mountains and some long ranges, leaving onely one clearing on the access side coming from the south.
I plan on erecting a home there designed by me with horse ranch and a dog farm. The land is barren with little vegetation and a rocky desert ground and I still don't know if it has enough mineral water for a well. The plot is located in Cochise county, close to stores at about 20 miles on each side, provides electrical services, public utilities and it is fairly simple to add an address with the state authorities.

I finalized the purchase by the new year (2023) and as of right now (May 2023) I have all documents and titles to the land and have been employing my creative efforts to design a luxurious enough residential complex inspired by my books and spatial adventures. It is ecological sufficiently and can accommodate garages, archives, basements, animals, a movie theater and extra toys for myself. I also plan on staying off the grid using various renewable energy methods and recycle materials for expansions like gardens, a racing strip and other modules. I plan to build a personal residence there.
